You were born knowing
how to live in your body.
I'm Lydia — movement teacher, eating disorder coach, and creator of Full Circle.
After years of struggling with food, body image, and the pressure to always "get it right," I realised the way back to yourself isn't found in more rules.
Full Circle is about returning to who you were before the noise. Coming home to yourself.
"Full circle is remembering that your body was never something you were meant to fight."
— Lydia Shipman, Full Circle
A decade of movement.
And a deeper story behind it.
I've spent over a decade teaching yoga, mobility, and movement — but behind that, I was struggling with my own relationship with food and my body.
Through my own journey, I realised you can't truly change behaviours without looking at the thoughts, beliefs, and inner patterns driving them in the first place. That understanding led me deeper into my own inner work — exploring my internal landscape, and eventually training as an eating disorder coach.
Now, my work is about helping people unlearn rigid rules, rebuild trust with themselves, and reconnect to their bodies in a more compassionate, sustainable way.
Based in Wales. Working online worldwide.
